Security and privacy of your data

Your information and your customers' information matter most. This is how we take care of it.

Your account

• No passwords: you sign in with a link sent to your email or with Google, so there are no passwords to steal or guess.

• Anti-bot check when you sign in, to stop automated access.

Your Space is isolated

• Each Space is separate from the others: only the people in your Space can see what's yours. The database enforces this on every query, not just the screen.

• Each team task is done in its own isolated workspace, with no access to other customers' things.

You're in control

• Nothing gets built until you approve the plans.

• Sensitive steps, like publishing or touching real data, wait for your approval. Read Approvals.

• Deleting a project asks for confirmation.

Test data until you publish

While it's being built, your mockup and your app use made-up data. Your customers' real data only comes in once the app is published. That way, no test puts real information at risk.

Personal data

We comply with Colombia's personal data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012, «Ley 1581 de 2012») and with international good practices:

• We ask for and keep only what's necessary.

• Outside of production, we only use test data.

• DesarrollAndo's internal team sees the minimum needed to help you, and those lookups are logged.

Artificial intelligence

Your team of agents uses artificial intelligence services that DesarrollAndo contracts under a commercial license. We never use anyone's personal accounts to work on your project.
