Your project's plans
The ten plans that sum up what your app will do, who it's for, how it will look and how it will be built.
Before building, your team puts everything in writing in the plans, just like an architect before putting up a house. You'll find them in the Plans tab under the title «Your project's plans».
The ten plans
Your idea on one page: the summary of what you want to create.
Goals: what the app is for and how we'll know it works.
Who uses it: the people who will use the app and what each one needs.
Similar projects: examples used as a reference.
Your project step by step: what each person will be able to do, step by step.
Look: the app's colors, tone and personality.
Mockup: the clickable draft. Read The mockup.
What your project keeps: the information the app will remember (customers, orders, appointments…), explained simply.
Step-by-step plan: how it will be built, in what order and with which parts.
Your approval: the place where you give the go-ahead.
The seven-pillar review
Before asking for your approval, your team reviews the plans from seven pillars: Data & foundations, User experience, Security & rules, Customer care, Quality & testing, Product & goals, and Integration & delivery.
Each pillar gets a traffic light:
Ready: nothing is missing.
With notes: you can go on, but there's something to keep in mind. Each note comes with an explanation.
Something is missing: it has to be completed before approving.
Read more about the pillars in Your team of agents.
Each plan shows whether it's Confirmed, Not confirmed or Not there yet. The plans show up as you move forward in the conversation, and the seven-pillar review happens once they're complete.
If something doesn't feel right or something is missing
Use «Fix what's missing»: you choose the part of the conversation you want to review and go back to it. What you already confirmed in the other parts is kept and, when you finish, the team reviews the plans again. Every time the plans change, a new version is saved (Version 1, Version 2…).
When you're happy with them, continue in Approving the plans.
