About the platform
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You tell your team about your idea in your own words and they take care of the technical work. Read What is DesarrollAndo?.
What languages does it work in?
Spanish, English and Portuguese. You can change the language from the top of the home page and of this Help center.
Are the members of my team human?
Your team of agents is made of artificial intelligence. Later on you'll be able to book human experts. Read Your team of agents.
About your account
How do I sign in if I don't have a password?
With a link sent to your email or with your Google account. Read Create your account and sign in.
The sign-in email isn't arriving
Check spam and promotions, confirm your email and ask for the link again. Always use the most recent one.
About credits
How much does my project cost?
We don't give estimated prices: you pay for the real usage of each step, which you see live. Read Credits and usage.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The team pauses. You don't owe anything and there are no surprise charges.
Can I top up credits?
Very soon. In the meantime, use your welcome credit.
Does talking with my team use credits?
Yes: the answers use artificial intelligence and are deducted based on their real usage.
About projects
Can the team build something without my approval?
No. No building work starts until you approve the plans, and sensitive steps wait for your approval.
I got something wrong when I told my team about it
Correct it in the same conversation, in your own words. If the plans are already put together, use «Fix what's missing». Read Changes and versions.
Can I delete a project?
Yes, from the «⋯» button on its card. If you just want it out of sight, archive it: you can restore it later.
When can I publish my app?
One-click publishing is coming soon. Read Publishing your app.
Who owns my app's code?
You do. Later on you'll be able to download all of it or connect it to your own GitHub account.
About security
Can other people see my projects?
No. Each Space is separate and only the people in that Space can see it. Read Security and privacy.
Do you use my customers' real data for testing?
No. Made-up data is used while building. Real data only comes in when you publish.
About your phone
Is there a phone app?
You can use DesarrollAndo from your phone's browser, add it to your home screen and turn on notifications to approve from there. Read The app on your phone.
