Building with your team

How your team of agents works after you approve the plans, and how to see each task.

When you approve the plans, your team of agents starts building the app. Each team member has a role (lead, designer, tester, security reviewer…) and the work is split into tasks.

Every task is visible

It's a DesarrollAndo rule: no work happens out of sight. Every task that changes something in your project has its own card, with:

  • Who does it: the team member's role and the pillar it belongs to.

  • What it's doing: its progress, explained in plain words.

  • How it ended: its result.

Where to see them

  • In your project, the Team tasks tab: the board with that project's tasks.

  • In the sidebar, Tasks: what the team did or is doing across all your projects.

When you open a task you'll see its steps, one by one. You can choose:

  • Simple view: the essentials, in everyday language. It's the recommended one.

  • Advanced view: more technical detail, if you're curious.

Task statuses

  • In line: waiting for its turn.

  • Working: the team member is on it.

  • Waiting for approval: it needs your go-ahead. Read Approvals.

  • Done: finished.

  • Couldn't finish: something went wrong; the team explains it on the card.

  • Canceled: it was stopped and not completed.

How they work without stepping on each other

Each task is done in its own isolated workspace: a safe place where the team member builds and checks their part without touching anyone else's. Only the Integrator brings the work into the project, after the Tester checks it.

Meet every team member in Your team of agents.
