The dsa command

Coming soon

Use the dsa command to control the Taller from the terminal or from your agents: workspaces, terminals and coordinated tasks.

dsa is the Taller's terminal command. With it you control the app you have open from any shell, from a script or from an AI agent: create and check workspaces, send text to a terminal, open files and diffs, and coordinate several agents.

It comes with the app; turn it on in Settings → General → dsa command. On Linux it's called dsa-taller.

Check that it works

command -v dsa
dsa status --json

If it says "command not found", see troubleshooting.

Workspaces

dsa worktree ps --json
dsa worktree create --repo id:<repoId> --name mi-tarea --json
dsa worktree current --json
dsa worktree rm --worktree id:<id> --json

Almost every command accepts --json, so a script or an agent can read the answer without guessing.

Terminals

dsa terminal list --json
dsa terminal read --json
dsa terminal send --text "continúa" --enter --json

With terminal send you write to an agent that's waiting for your answer, without switching windows.

Coordinated tasks

When several agents work on parts of the same goal, the Taller can coordinate them with a work plan:

  • Plan: the overall goal and its message inbox.

  • Task: a part of the work, with its description, its dependencies and its status (pending, ready, assigned, done, failed or blocked).

  • Worker: an agent assigned to a task, in its own workspace.

  • Messages: progress updates, questions, "I'm done" and escalations.

  • Decisions: questions that block a task until someone answers.

dsa orchestration run-create --objective "Revisar el pago en celular" --json
dsa orchestration task-create --spec "Revisar la pantalla de pago a 360 px" --task-title "Pago móvil" --json
dsa orchestration worker-start --task <taskId> --worktree new-child --name pago-movil --agent claude --json
dsa orchestration check --wait --types worker_done,escalation,question --json

The platform's team of agents works the same way: a lead hands out tasks, each one visible in its own workspace, and nothing that changes things happens out of sight.

Skills for your agents

You can install a skill in your agents that teaches them to use dsa on their own:

dsa skills install --skill dsa-cli
dsa skills update --all
