Approving the plans and other approvals

In DesarrollAndo you decide. The most important step is approving the plans: without that approval, the team builds nothing.

How to approve the plans

1. Open your project's Plans tab.

2. Review the ten plans and the seven-pillar review.

3. When the team finishes the seven-pillar review, the «Approve plans» button shows up. Until then you'll see «The team is reviewing the plans».

4. Tap «Approve plans». You'll see which version of the plans you're about to approve.

5. Confirm with «Yes, approve and start building», or tap «Go back and review» if you want to look at something else.

The project moves to Plans approved and your team can start. If you change something in the plans later, you only approve again what changed.

The «Approvals» screen

Besides the plans, there are steps the team won't take without your go-ahead. They show up in Approvals, in the sidebar, with a number when some are waiting.

For each one you'll see what the team wants to do, what kind of step it is (for example «Publish the app», «Touch real data» or «Delete data or projects») and these buttons:

• Explain it to me: tells you in plain words what happens if you approve and what happens if you don't.

• Approve: the team takes the step and continues with the task. If the step can't be undone, we ask you to confirm.

• Reject: the team doesn't take that step and the task is canceled.
