Your app's mockup

The mockup is a draft of your app that you can look at and click through before the team builds it. It helps you picture the result and catch early on anything you don't like.

Where to see it

• In your project's Preview tab.

• Inside the plans, in the Mockup plan, with the «Open the mockup» button when it says «Ready to try».

The preview is only for looking: you can move through the screens, but nothing you do there is saved.

What it looks like

The mockup shows your app's main screens in the style you talked about: colors, tone and the order of the sections. It uses test data (made-up names, products or appointments), never real data. That way you can see how it would look with information in it without risking anything.

Once the team has built the app, the same tab shows the app in progress.

What to look at

• Are the screens you expected there?

• Is it clear what to do on each one?

• Does the style look like what you imagined?

If you don't like something, tell your team in the Discovery chat, before approving the plans.
